Our apartments are located in a quiet and sunny area just a few steps from the centre of Ortisei and directly at the Luis Trenker promenade, an ideal starting point for beautiful mountain tours and unforgettable skiing adventures in Val Gardena. Restaurants, bars, supermarkets and many shops can be reached within a few minutes.

Enjoy your summer holidays in Ortisei

In summer, our house is the ideal starting point for an unforgettable holiday in the sign of sport, nature and relax; this is the beginning of relaxing walks, hikes or bike tours.

Val Gardena is a true paradise for lovers of outdoor activities or an unforgettable place for those who want to disconnect from everyday stress. You can also enjoy many cultural and musical events for young and old.

And for those who want to relax in the sun will find deckchairs on our terrace.

Exploring the Dolomites - winter fun starts right here

Directly from our apartment, you can reach the ‘La Curta’ gallery in a few minutes, which will take you to the Seceda, Rasciesa or Alpe di Siusi ski lifts.

You will find endless ski slopes, toboggan runs, cross-country skiing tracks or trails for fun snowshoe hikes where you can enjoy the breathtaking panorama. These are connected to the huge Dolomiti Superski ski area, which offers 1,200 km of well-prepared slopes. The Dolomiti Superski also includes the world-famous Sellaronda.

Near the house you will also find a ski school, a kindergarten and ski lifts for the little ones.

Apartments

In our flats, it is like being at home. In fact, all our flats are equipped with dishes, bed and kitchen linen, television with satellite and free Wi-Fi. Towels are also provided on request.

A ski room and boot dryer are available for our guests, and there is also a laundry room with a washing machine. Parking is available in front of the house.

If you would like to cool off or relax in the ‘Mar Dolomit’ swimming pool in Ortisei, you can enjoy the free entrance offered by us.

We also welcome your beloved pets.

The price includes:

Arrivals and departures

On the day of arrival the flat will be available from 2 p.m. onwards. On the day of departure, we kindly ask our guests to leave the flat by 10 a.m.

Four-legged friends

Four-legged friends can also enjoy our beautiful nature. For a small extra charge, even small pets are welcome in our house.

Local tax

On 1st of January 2014, the tourist tax was introduced in South Tyrol. The tourist tax, which is determined per person and per overnight stay, is levied by accommodation facilities. The amount of this tax is €1.75 per person per day. Children and adolescents under the age of 14 are exempt from the tax.

Deposit and booking confirmation

In order to confirm the booking we request a bank transfer of 30% of the booking amount to the following bank account:

As soon as the payment is received, the reservation will be definite. In accordance with Article 1385 of the Civil Code, the deposit will not be returned in the event of a cancellation.

    Approach

    From the highway exit “Klausen”, You reach the “Val Gardena” after 20 minutes.

    From the highway exit “Bozen Nord” You reach after 35 minutes the village “Ponte Gardena”. Here You must drive right to the “Val Gardena”.

    At “Ortisei” You drive after the first cross for ca. 500m straight on until the second traffic light. Here You must drive first left and then right.

    After ca. 200m You can see near the roadway some school-houses, after the third school You drive left into the street Pitla Sotria.
